This policy covers orders placed with 2CQR Automation Private Limited for products and services listed on rfidforlibrary.com.

Before we start work
       You may cancel in writing to info@2cqr.in before we purchase or fabricate the equipment and before tags are printed or pasted. We refund the advance for the cancelled items, after deducting any amount already spent on a custom cabinet, printed cards, or tags made for your library. The refund is sent within 10 working days to the same bank account or to the original Razorpay payment method.

After dispatch
        Hardware that has left our Chennai office cannot be cancelled. If the goods arrive damaged or short, follow the Shipping Policy and report it within 48 hours. We will repair, replace, or re-supply that item. We do not refund the invoice if the item can be replaced.

After installation
        Installed gates, kiosks, staff stations, drop boxes, and software cannot be returned. Defects are handled under the warranty in the Terms and Conditions.

Consumables
       RFID tags, anti-theft stickers, and printed smart cards cannot be returned once they are supplied, printed, or pasted.

Services
      Tagging, cataloguing, and training days already completed are not refundable. You may stop unused future days before the team is scheduled, by email.

How to ask
      Email info@2cqr.in with the quotation or invoice number, the library name, and the reason. We confirm the decision by email.
