These terms apply to quotations, orders, and payments placed with 2CQR Automation Private Limited (“we”, “us”) through rfidforlibrary.com or by email, for RFID library products and related services.
1. Business
We sell RFID and electromagnetic library equipment, consumables, software integration, and on-site library services to institutions in India. Product photographs on the website describe the equipment. The quotation is the final description of what will be supplied.
2. Quotations and orders
A quotation is valid for 15 days unless it states otherwise. An order is confirmed only when we receive a purchase order and the advance stated in the quotation. We may decline an order if the equipment is not suitable for the library.
3. Price and tax
Prices are in Indian Rupees. GST is extra at the rate applicable on the invoice date. Freight, installation, tagging, and training are charged only if they appear on the quotation. A change in the number of books, aisles, or software after the order may change the price. We will confirm that change in writing before the work continues.
4. Payment
Pay the advance and the balance as written on the quotation. The balance is due before dispatch, or after installation, if the quotation says so. We issue a GST tax invoice in the name of 2CQR Automation Private Limited. Online payments on this website are processed by Razorpay. We do not store debit card, credit card, or UPI credentials.
5. Delivery and installation
Delivery and installation dates on the quotation are estimates. They run from the date we receive the advance and the site is ready. Installation is done at the library address in the purchase order. The library must provide power, network, and access for our engineers.
6. Risk and ownership
Risk in the hardware passes to the buyer on delivery at the library. Ownership passes only after the full invoice value is received.
7. Warranty
Hardware is covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from installation, unless the quotation states a different period. The warranty does not cover physical damage, water, wrong power, tags removed from books, or repairs done by another person. Consumables, including tags and stickers, are not covered once they are pasted or printed. During the warranty we repair or replace the defective part. We do not refund the purchase price because of a defect that can be repaired.
8. Software
Koha, DSpace, Moodle, and RFID integration are configured for the library named in the order. Existing library data must be provided by the library. We are not responsible for errors in data supplied by the library.
9. Website use
You may use this website to read product information and to request a quotation. You may not copy our text or images for another business, or attempt to disrupt the site.
10. Liability
Our responsibility for a confirmed order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for loss of library operations, data, or indirect loss.
11. Changes
We may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page. The terms in force on the date of your quotation apply to that order.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
