2cqr ships from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, to libraries in India.

What is shipped
Security gates, kiosks, staff stations, drop boxes, readers, smart cards, RFID tags, and related accessories listed on the quotation. Software is installed on site or provided by remote setup. It is not shipped as a boxed product.

Time

Dates are estimates. A delay in the purchase order, site readiness, or a change in quantity moves the date.

Freight
Freight is either included in the quotation or charged extra, as written on that quotation. Unloading at the library is the library’s responsibility unless the quotation includes it.

Inspection
Check the packages on delivery. Email info@2cqr.in within 48 hours if a package is damaged, short, or not what was ordered, and keep the packing. We will repair, replace, or re-supply the affected item at no extra product cost. Claims made after 48 hours, without the packing, can be refused.

Installation
Our engineers install and train at the library address on the purchase order. The library provides power, a network point, and access. Equipment is not left for a third party to install unless the quotation says so.

Where we deliver
We deliver inside India. Delivery outside India is only if a written quotation says so.
